Vittorio Pellegrino
Partner, disputes and succession
Vittorio has spent his career in the room where two owners have stopped speaking, and he is good at getting them talking again.
Vittorio takes the disputes the firm accepts, from a customer who won’t pay to two partners who can no longer work together. He tries to settle first, and he is prepared to try the case when the other side won’t move.
He also writes the buy-sell agreements and succession plans that keep the next dispute from happening.

- Partner and shareholder disputes
- Collections and contract claims
- Buy-sell agreements and succession
