When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email, and anything else you choose to add, such as a phone number or business name. Our website host also keeps standard server logs, such as the pages visited and the browser used.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before we take on a matter. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The lawyers and staff at the firm, and the providers that host the site and our email, who may use it only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we keep enquiry records only as long as we need to for conflict checks and our own records, then delete them.
