Nkechi Mbadiwe

Founding partner, companies and deals

I started this firm to be the lawyer an owner can call on a Tuesday afternoon, before the paperwork turns into a problem.

I set up companies and sit beside owners when a business is bought, sold or handed on. Most of what I do is read the page nobody wants to read and say out loud what it means.

If you call the firm, you’ll likely reach me first. If what you need belongs with Vittorio or Wynne, I’ll say so and put you straight through.

Away from the desk

Nkechi grew up above her aunt’s fabric shop in Hartford’s North End, where she first saw how much a small business rides on one landlord, one supplier and one signature.

On weekends she walks the Mattabesset trail with a thermos and no phone.

Book a first call. If your matter fits Vittorio or Wynne better, we’ll say so.

A first call doesn’t make us your lawyers; a signed engagement letter does.
